Refunds can be given under certain circumstances, please contact us if your order arrives damaged. Please take detailed pictures of the damaged box it came in and the damaged product. If the product did not arrive at all then an investigation will be done with the carrier to locate the item.
All orders are shipped at current USPS rates. Rates can vary, depending on the time of the year. Rates are based strictly on weight of items & farthest zone pricing .
